As of November 2025, Mrs. Nimmy is still stalling the process by citing frivolous reasons, including a minor signature mismatch and awaiting "concurrence approval," despite my explicit verbal confirmation and consent to proceed. My primary grievances against IndusInd Bank and its specified staff members are as follows: Fraudulent Misrepresentation: The BDE, Mr. Sahil, confirmed closure on May 30, 2025, which was false, resulting in ongoing AMB issues. Unprofessional and Destructive Conduct: The DBM, Mrs. Nimmy, exhibited extreme unprofessionalism by deliberately destroying a sensitive document (the closure form) and disconnecting a customer service call without explanation. Harassment and Financial Burden: I have been forced to pursue this matter since January 2025 (nearly a year) and have borne the cost of sending the closure request thrice due to the non-cooperation and incompetence of branch staff.

After continuous follow-up, Mr. Sahil N B,fraudulently confirmed on May 30, 2025, that the account had been successfully closed. This was proven false as I continued to receive Average Monthly Balance (AMB) non-maintenance emails, confirming by August 2025 that the account was still active. A second closure form was submitted in September 2025 via a representative(Arun) to Mrs. Nimmy Augustine (DBM, Jawahar Nagar Branch). After ignoring follow-up inquiries, Mrs. Nimmy eventually not processed the request, citing it as a "copy." During a subsequent call, At first she said,she didn't accepted the form,then i made a conference call with the representative, Mr Arun,who handed over the account closure form, then she admitted she accepted the form and destroyed the original submitted physical form without my consent and disconnected the call.
