The new Labour Codes do not invalidate or disrupt any ongoing court proceedings. All actions taken under previous labour laws remain fully valid and all pending cases will continue seamlessly before the corresponding authorities. All rights, remedies and protections of workers, employers and stakeholders remain fully preserved under the Industrial Relations Code. #ShramevJayate
