Sehr geehrte Mitglieder des Lufthansa Group, Ich möchte meine Besorgnis über die Arbeitsbedingungen äußern, die ich kürzlich in der Operation in Miami erlebt habe. Innerhalb eines Monats stellte ich ein feindliches Arbeitsumfeld fest, geprägt von mangelnder Fachkompetenz, fehlender Führung und respektlosem Verhalten seitens des General Managers und des Supervisors gegenüber Mitarbeitern und Passagieren. Die tägliche Organisation ist chaotisch, Anweisungen ändern sich ständig, und Mitarbeiter werden vor Passagieren kritisiert, was zu Verwirrung, Fehlern und unnötiger Bloßstellung führt. Zudem beobachtete ich Respektlosigkeit und Repressalien gegenüber jenen, die Missstände ansprechen oder professionell handeln möchten. Dies widerspricht den Werten, für die Lufthansa weltweit steht. Ich habe gekündigt, weil ich meine Integrität und Gesundheit nicht in einem Umfeld gefährden kann, das Respektlosigkeit normalisiert. Ich hoffe, dass diese Situation überprüft und verbessert wird.
