Hallo Microsoft, ik schrijf dit bericht, omdat ik niet goed weet hoe ik het anders aan moet pakken. Je hebt mijn MS365 account geblokkeerd en bestanden verwijderd, omdat er ongeoorloofde content op mijn OneDrive zou staan die in strijd is met de gebruiksvoorwaarden. Het is me niet duidelijk wat voor content je bedoelt. Ik gebruik OneDrive voor mijn privé foto’s en zakelijke bestanden. Die kan ik nu al een tijdje niet benaderen. Ook mijn mail is geblokkeerd en er is geen mogelijkheid om er iemand over te spreken bij Microsoft. Ik kan alleen een formulier invullen waar niemand van Microsoft op reageert. Ik vind dit een zeer ingrijpende maatregel en onterecht bovendien. Wil je me alsjeblieft helpen om gang te krijgen in dit proces?

The phishing agent is able to triage emails and effectively release false positives. This appears to be much more effective than the piece of software that puts the email in quarantine in the first place. WHY not replace the current phishing detection solution with the phishing triage agent so you don't receive those unnecessary alerts to begin with?
