Exciting news from Miami Beach's growing cybersecurity scene! 🦩 Flamingo has officially launched from stealth with $2.2M in pre-seed funding to tackle a massive pain point in the managed service provider (MSP) industry. Founder Michael Assraf identified that MSPs are paying twice for the same problems - once to vendors and again to technicians - resulting in razor-thin margins. The solution? Flamingo's OpenFrame platform combines open-source infrastructure with autonomous AI agents to automate everything from password resets to threat detection. The company has already attracted over 1,000 MSPs to its waitlist since launching its OpenMSP community in July. What makes this even more exciting is the local ecosystem building happening. Two of Flamingo's first checks came from Miami investors ( focal and Nico Berardi  from Animo VC ), and Assraf is actively growing Miami's cybersecurity community through Miami Cybergang.
