When we come together as one team, purpose, clarity and momentum follow. That spirit defined our annual Global Affluent & Wealth Summit in Singapore earlier this month — an event I genuinely look forward to hosting every year with @Judy Hsu and Raymond Ang Over the course of one and a half days, our Wealth and Retail Banking leaders across markets gathered with a single ambition: to align on a unified vision for how we can better serve our clients globally. Stepping back from day-to-day execution gave us the space to challenge assumptions, share diverse perspectives and discuss how we can accelerate our franchise amid rapid shifts in technology, geopolitics and client expectations. The fireside chat with Bill Winters was a standout moment for many of us. His candid reflections on global complexity — and his conviction that our people are our greatest advantage — strongly resonated. It reinforced a truth we all felt: diverse thinking and great ideas are what move us forward. Ending the evening with a lively gala dinner — celebrating our shared successes and strengthening the connections that make us a truly global team — was a wonderful way to close the summit. I left the summit inspired and optimistic. The alignment was real, the ambition unmistakable, and the belief in what we can achieve together has never been stronger. Proud of this team.
