I appreciate, but I question your fraud response and investigation process. "CS111125013211" I reported a fraud international credit-card transaction (without OTP) within a minutes. I was repeatedly told to pay the disputed amount to avoid consequences and assured positive action would follow. After paying the due timely because of my 10+ years of trust in YES BANK, I was told the next day the transaction was “OTP enabled” and no further action could be taken. I did not authorize this transaction, have no relation with the merchant, and had requested a freeze and chargeback on the Day-1 itself Concerns Why was the transaction allowed to proceed after immediate report? What real-time controls and monitoring exist for suspected int. transactions?? What is the SOP for fraud reports made asap? Requested actions, Written timeline of actions taken from the moment I reported the transaction. Copies of logs, alerts, and internal notes related to the transaction. Bank policy on handling immediately reported fraud, including OTP-enabled cases. Reversal of the same.
