Global Partnership to Enable Near-Instant Data Downlink From Space
ANT61 and Parsimoni to integrate ANT61 Beacon satellite subsystem with SpaceOS operating system.
Los Angeles, USA: ANT61 (Australia) and Parsimoni (France & USA) are delighted to announce a global strategic partnership to integrate Parsimoni’s SpaceOS operating system with the ANT61 Beacon - an independent satellite resilience and communications module.
The partnership will leverage the “always connected” capabilities of the flight-proven ANT61 Beacon hardware platform alongside the secure and efficient in-orbit software payload management offered by SpaceOS to unlock optimised real-time insights for LEO satellites within seconds.
The ANT61 Beacon is a self-contained satellite subsystem equipped with independent sensors, an on board computer, and power and communications systems. It ensures 24/7 satellite connectivity, real-time telemetry, and satellite recovery capabilities - even in the event of primary system anomaly. For operators, this unlocks rapid tasking, constant health monitoring, and reliable deorbiting capabilities.
SpaceOS is a secure-by-design operating system built as a platform for edge computing in space. It enables satellites to process data in orbit, extract critical insights, and transmit only the most relevant information to the ground, allowing teams to respond immediately.
“Knowing what is going on now is more valuable than what happened yesterday”, said Mikhail Asavkin, CEO of ANT61, “We also think that space needs to be more collaborative and standardised, which is why we fell in love with Parsimoni and bringing everyone together to work together more safely in space.”
“SpaceOS allows companies to extract crucial insights from Earth Observation data,” said Miklos Tomka, CEO of Parsimoni, “Before partnering with ANT61, it took often several hours to receive crucial data on the ground. With the ANT61 partnership, this takes seconds. Finally, companies can react immediately.”

About ANT61
ANT61 is an Australian company advancing spacecraft resilience through state-of-the-art satellite hardware, designed to maximise mission assurance and minimise satellite risk. The in-orbit proven flagship product, the ANT61 Beacon, provides real-time telemetry and independent command and control via inter-satellite communication, allowing for status reports and recovery manoeuvres, even in the event of primary system failure. Reducing the risk of spacecraft loss by up to 65%, the Beacon is now mandated by a major satellite insurer for its rapid anomaly detection, constant connectivity, and post-failure recovery. The company partners with satellite operators and manufacturers globally to protect valuable assets and reduce operational risk.
About Parsimoni
Parsimoni is a French software innovator—with a newly established U.S. subsidiary—dedicated exclusively to developing SpaceOS, the world’s first unikernel-based, secure-by-design (Zero Trust, PQC) satellite operating system, purpose-built for shared payloads and software-defined satellites.
Having validated SpaceOS in collaboration with leading European partners such as Thales/TAS, Airbus, OHB, and the European Space Agency (ESA), Parsimoni now looks forward to creating value together with other forward-thinking innovators like ANT61 to serve clients worldwide.
