Smart water built by utilities, for utilities
About us
Xylem Vue is the result of the partnership between Xylem, a global leader in water technology and Idrica, an international pioneer in water data management, analytics and smart-water solutions. Through this partnership, Xylem and Idrica join their technology, innovation, and expertise to solving the world’s critical drinking water, wastewater and other water-related challenges. Xylem Vue is a single, integrated software and analytics platform, developed to solve real-world water and wastewater challenges, brings together all system data and provides a real-time view of your asset, plant, and network processes and infrastructure. Eliminate data silos to improve operational visibility and control. Xylem Vue integrates and standardizes data from across the utility, regardless of its origin (sensors, SCADA, assets, business systems, etc.), into a single, unified source of information which powers modular water and wastewater applications and in-depth analytics. This not only maximizes investments in existing technologies but also provides utilities with 360-degree operational intelligence to ensure optimal system-wide efficiency.

“The quick response part of it is really beneficial to my employees. We can identify leaks quickly and respond quickly… We’re able to see them in real time and fix leaks within 8 hours of when they start.” Monty Ledbetter, Utility Director, City of Hot Springs. This is exactly the impact we aim to deliver with Xylem Vue. In Hot Springs, our platform helps the utility move from monthly insights to real-time visibility — enabling faster decisions, proactive responses, and measurable reductions in water loss. By unifying data streams, customizing dashboards to each operator’s needs, and maintaining continuous two-way communication with the utility, the platform has evolved to consistently deliver those results. 🎬 Watch the video to see how our collaboration with Hot Springs is turning data into operational impact.

Last month, on World Nature Protection Day, members of the #XylemVueteam and their families joined a citizen-led environmental initiative organized by the Coordinadora en Defensa de los Bosques del Turia, in Valencia, Spain. The initiative encourages volunteers to help clean up natural spaces across the country. 🧹 Together, we collected over 2 cubic meters of waste, helping to preserve the natural environment of the Turia River and protect local wildlife. Every small action added up to a meaningful impact. Thank you to everyone who joined this enriching experience, your commitment drives us toward a cleaner, more sustainable future! 💚 #Watermark #Sustainability
