If your name is on PMAY list, here is how to check Beneficiary Funds Released for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban?

• Go to pmaymis.gov.in which is the official website of PMAY Urban

• From the top navigation bar choose ‘Search Beneficiary’ then click on “Beneficiary wise funds released”

• Now enter your mobile number and click Send OTP’.

• You will get the details of funds released by Central, State and ULB share for you.

PMAY List: How to Check Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin List

If you have registered under PMAY Gramin 2024, check your name in the PMAY Gramin List 2024 or PMAY List as follows:

• Go to https://pmayg.nic.in - the official website of PM Awas Yojana - Gramin

• From the top navigation bar choose ‘Stakeholders’

• Then select ‘Indira Awas Yojana (IAY)/PMAYG Beneficiary’

Here, you will have the option to search your name in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin list in two ways:

• With Registration Number: You will have to enter your Registration number in the required field and then click on ‘Submit’. If your name is in the PMAY list, it will reflect the details on your screen.

• Without Registration Number:Click on the ‘Advanced Search’ option on the page if you don’t have the registration number. It will take you to another page as below.

You need to enter details as given above to find your name in the PMAY List without registration number.

• Provide the asked details over here, such as State, Block, Scheme Name, Panchayat, etc. and then search.

• Else you have the options to search by: Name, BPL Number with Account Number, and Father / Husband Name

• Once all these details are filled, you need to click on ‘Search’ then check for your name in the final PMAY list.

PMAY List: How the PMAY List Gets Prepared?

SECC 2011, Socia-Economic and Caste Census 2011 is the first paperless enumeration conducted in more than 640 districts to offer financial assistance to the economically weaker section. This helps people falling in this economic category become homeowners. The Indian Government considers SECC 2011 while identifying and short-listing eligible beneficiaries to be added to the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana List (PMAY List). Additionally, the government involves the concerned panchayats and tehsils to provide their input in deciding the final Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana list (PMAY List).

For the preparation of the PMAY List, the Union government has given the following instructions to the state government.-

“Under the component of Subsidy for beneficiary-led individual house construction or enhancement/ central assistance transferred to States/UTs, the same shall be transferred electronically to the beneficiary bank accounts. States/UTs shall prepare an electronic list of eligible beneficiaries with an Aadhaar/Voter ID Card/any other unique identification number or a certificate of house ownership from the Revenue Authority of the beneficiary’s native district and valid Bank account numbers before sanctioning projects for individual construction.”

Step 1: Go to pmayg.nic.in which is the official PMAY G website. Click “ Report” tab under ‘Awaassoft’ section, as shown in the image below.

Step 2: When you click on ‘Report’, a new window is open in which you have to hit the “Beneficiary details for Verification” option under the ‘Social Audit Reports’ section as shown in the image below.

Step 3: In the next step, you will have to fill in the required fields in the “Selection Filters“-

• Firstly, you will have to select the year for which they want to check the PM Awas Yojana Gramin list under the 1st option.

• You will have to select “Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Gramin” in the 2nd option.

• After this, you need to select the “Name of State” in the 3rd option.

• Then, you can select the “District” name in the 4th option.

• Select the “Block” name in the 5th option. Finally, you are required to select the “Panchayat” name in the 6th option.

A Permanent Wait List in PMAY is the wait list of people who are deemed eligible under PMAY and will soon get benefits, in a gradual manner.
