RERA Delhi - Projects That Need Prior Registration

Builders must register their projects with the Delhi RERA before commencing any activity related to the project. Step 2: On selecting the ' Register as Promoter/Project,' the RERA Delhi website will appear. RERA Delhi Website Registration Process for Real Estate Agents
Registration of real estate agents with RERA Delhi is mandatory. Real estate agents who wish to deal in the real estate projects registered with RERA Delhi need to register with the Delhi RERA website.
Step 1: Real estate agents can register themselves by visiting the @rera.delhi.gov.in website and clicking on the 'Register as Agent' under the 'Online Registration' tab. Fill in the required details and complete the enrolment.
Step 2: As soon as the registration has been submitted, real estate agents may check if the application for registration has been approved or not. To check the status of the application, the real estate agents have to click on the tab 'Real Estate Agents' on the website. Real estate agents can also check whether their application for registration has been approved or not or is yet under process.
