Technical requirements
In this chapter, we will cover some refreshers on simulating noise, so if you have some knowledge of signal to noise theory, this will help. If not, review Chapter 9, Simulating Quantum Systems and Noise Models, to get an understanding of the various forms of noise that affect quantum systems. This will help you understand how to suppress and mitigate errors on a quantum computer using the Qiskit Runtime.
