Accessing the AWS console

In order to allow access to the AWS console, you need to create the IAM profile for the user Ramesh. You can use the New-IAMLoginProfile cmdlet for this purpose:

PS C:\> New-IAMLoginProfile -UserName Ramesh -Password Test123 -PasswordResetRequired $false

If you want to enforce the password change at first log in, then you can use the PasswordResetRequired $true parameter with the cmdlet.

If you are fail to set the password and do not know the password rules, then make use of the Get-IAMAccountPasswordPolicy cmdlet. This will list the rules enforced at the AWS account level:

PS C:\> IAMAccountPasswordPolicy

Now, get the AWS account alias using this:

PS C:\> Get-IAMAccountAlias

And make use of the alias returned by the Get-IAMAccountAlias cmdlet to sign in to the AWS console using the following:
