As it was discussed earlier, I added wait for statement into begin/start
statement.
Synopsis
==========
BEGIN [ WORK | TRANSACTION ] [ transaction_mode[, ...] ] wait_for_event
where transaction_mode is one of:
ISOLATION LEVEL { SERIALIZABLE | REPEATABLE READ | READ
COMMITTED | READ UNCOMMITTED }
READ WRITE | READ ONLY
[ NOT ] DEFERRABLE
WAIT FOR [ANY | SOME | ALL] event [, event ...]
and event is:
LSN value [options]
TIMESTAMP value
and options is:
TIMEOUT delay
UNTIL TIMESTAMP timestamp
