Before you can submit a privacy complaint to us, you must first complete this self-assessment. It steps you through whether your complaint is one we are able to investigate and/or if there is any action you need to take first.
Other ways to raise a concern
If you'd like to raise a concern with us, but you don't want us to contact the agency, or to identify you to the agency you can email us (anonymously if you wish) at [email protected]
If you use our complaint form, we will assume you wish us to take action on your complaint, and this will usually involve contacting the agency and asking them to resolve your concerns.
