How the switching systems are classified? With simple circuit explain the working of telephone network. Give the basic time division time switching principle with the help of neat sketch. Define grade of service. Give expression for grade of service and explain why it is called as call congestion. In a group of 12 servers, each is occupied for 40 minutes in an observation interval of two hours. Calculate the traffic carried by the group.
