Final Project

Laws of Sines & Cosines Final Project

You will be randomly split into groups of 3-4 for your final project on either the Law of Sines or the Law of Cosines. I will assign a law to each group during class. Your groups task is to create a Prezi to be presented at the end of todays class. This is a BRIEF project and should take about five minutes to present. The project must address ALL of the following topics relating to your specific law: The mathematical expression for the law. What does the law accomplish? Historical background and foundations of this law. Real-life applications of this law.

Please cite outside sources in APA format. Your group will be graded on content as well as successful teamwork. Following the project, you will rate each group member on: o o o o Participation Quality of work Quantity of work Interpersonal relations

Do not let any one team member dominate any portion of the presentation. This is a learning experience and all members need to partake equally in the project.
