Plinth Area Rates

Sub: Plinth area rates Adoption of Uniform Plinth Area rates in Buildings Wing Regarding. Ref: C.E(Bldgs) Cir.Memo.No:TA.8/JE.1/PA/84, Dt: 28.09.1999. *** The Plinth area rates were last approved and communicated in the circular memo cited for the purpose of preparing proforma estimates for obtaining administrative sanction. Due to increase in rates of Building materials labour and Transportation charges etc., there is need to revise the plinth area rates communicated in the circular memo cited. Hence, the following plinth area rates excluding the cost of amenities and L.S provisions are hereby communicated for preparing proforma estimates. 1. Three floor framed Structure. The foundation cost is arrived for general site conditions. In case of poor soils and rocky terrain, suitable cost is to be provided according to the site conditions. The above plinth area rates will come into force with immediate effect.
