Dont let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. 1 Timothy 4.12
I hope you all had an opportunity to go over your childs report card and talk about it with her/him. Please make sure that you sign and return the envelope as well as the continua that was sent home. You may keep the report card. The students did quite well on the reading theater presentations. We will continue to work on how to make effective presentations as well as how to overcome the nerves that go along with this. We will continue to work on the colonial era in Social Studies. Remember that the Science project is due next Monday (2/4). Thank you for encouraging your child to read the Gospels and Psalms in the next weeks.

Notes Feb. 1: Parent Cafe with Mrs. Willson -- please come and hear about supporting your childs learning at home. Feb. 7: Singing Chapel 8:30 a.m. Feb. 14: Valentine Party Feb. 18-19: NO SCHOOL - winter break

Students should continue to take notes. Next week we will be checking to see if s/he has enough information to write about each section of the outline. Please check with your child to see if s/he has any part of the project that has not been done. It is important for your child to learn to manage time efficiently enough to keep deadlines.
