Memo.No.6893/CE-I-1/2012-1, Dt.01-06-2012. (02) From the CCE (FAC), A.P, Hyd, Lr.Rc.No.571/Ser-II-2/ 2012, dt.02.06.2012. (03) From the CCE (FAC), A.P, Hyd, Lr.Rc.No.571/Ser-II-2/ 2012, dt.21.09.2012. (04) G.O.Ms.No.181, Fin. (DCM-III) Dept., dt.10.07.2012. --ORDER: In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad in the references 2nd and 3rd read above, after careful examination of the matter, the Government hereby order to affect the transfer of Sri.J.Venkatesulu, Lecturer in English from Government Degree College, Banaganapalle, Kurnool District to Government Degree College (M), Ananatapur in the clear vacancy on spousal grounds, in relaxation of the ban orders on transfers issued in the G.O.4th read above. 2. The individual is not eligible for T.T.A. & D.A. etc and joining time, as the transfer is ordered at his request. 3. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, A.P., Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance(DCM-III) Department vide their U.O.No.32059/1055/A1/DCM-III//2012, Dated.1.12.2012.
