EBL Trading Account Closure Form

This document is a request letter from a client to Edelweiss Broking Ltd. to close their trading account. It provides the client's trading account number, full name, branch, and demat account number. Client)

Road, Kalina, Mumbai - 400098 Dear Sirs, Sub: Closure of Trading Account No.___________ I/We request you to close my/our trading account with you. The details of my/our account are given below: TRADING ACCOUNT NUMBER FULL NAME BRANCH DEMAT ACCOUNT NO. I /We request you to make full and final settlement of my account and credit the securities due to me/us, if any, to my/our above mentioned demat a/c. The client master/DP statement of the aforesaid demat account is enclosed. Further I/We am/are also Demat account holder (Client ID.________________), I/We hereby authorize you to adjust any debit balance in the said account with any credit balance in my trading account.(Strike off, if not applicable) Further I/we undertake to settle my/our obligation, if any, towards you.
