Put the sponge at seven oclock in the bowl. Add water.

Shin - The Heaven branch Shin, the longest, should be about 1 times the width and height of the container. Soe - The Human branch Soe, the next longest, should be about the length of the Shin branch. Hikae - The Earth Branch Hikae, the shortest, should be about the length of the Soe branch.

Shin the Heaven branch


Put the longest branch at 12 oclock Angle it 10 degrees left and forward.

Soe the Human branch


Put the second branch at 8 oclock

Angle it down at 45 degrees leaning


forward and left.

Hikae the Earth branch Place the short stem at 4 oclock Angle it at 75 degrees pointing to the right.
