Note:- The disconnection of the main number will automatically disconnect the Add-on number. Revision of SMS tariff by TRAI in its Telecom Tariff (Fifty Fourth Amendment) Order, 2012 a) Upto one hundred SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan/STV subscribed by the customer; b)beyond 100 SMS per SIM per day, the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more. c)For the customers who have subscribed to any volume based SMS STVs (prepaid)/ SMS pack (postpaid), upto 100 SMS per SIM per day will be free and beyond that the SMS charges will be as per the plan or 50 paise per SMS which ever is more.

BSNL allows usage of any voice plan combined with any 3G Data plans for Postpaid customers
3G Data plans are allowed for all

voice plans in postpaid services

Hence all customers in postpaid voice plan can take any 3G postpaid data plan available, on the same number, The call per SMS and other charges (except data charges) will be as per the voice plan. FMC of data plan will be added to the FMC of voice plan Similarly a postpaid data plan customer can take any voice plan on the same number and the freebies of both data plan and voice plan will be available to the customer. FMC of voice plan will be added to the FMC of data plan If any existing data plan customer / any new customer prefers to have only data plan, he will be provided with a data plan chosen by him with basic default voice plan 99 and no FMC of the voice plan is levied and no freebies for the voice plan is given. But the freebies with respect to the chosen data plans are allowed. Migration of prepaid customer to post paid services and vice versa Postpaid to Prepaid connection: Subscriber Should clear the outstanding amount. The customer can approach the nearest CSC and shall apply in a new CAF for prepaid connection along with a written request on plain paper to close his postpaid connection and allotting his postpaid number to prepaid connection The customer should use any of the standard Plan Voucher to get the plan activated and get converted to desired prepaid plan. Talk value is through TOP Ups Pre paid plans to 2G or 3G post paid plans Customer will terminate prepaid account. Customer has approach with a fresh application along with Photo proof ,ID proof and other relevant required document to any customer service centre/ franchisee show room - Pay one month advance FMC + security deposit of Rs 500 for local + STD or Rs 2000 for local +STD +ISD and activation charges of Rs 100 Balance amount in prepaid plan will not be carried over. Mobile number can be retained
