Dear Sir: Happy greetings for the day! May I have the honor to apply for the position as a Local Revenue Collection Officer at the City Treasurers Office, Tacloban City. I am Mr. Francisco de Guzman Go, of legal age, widower with six (6) children and of good moral character. I am presently residing at the New Bus Terminal near the mountain side, Tacloban City. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Biology (BSBIO) at the Divine Word University, school year 19861990, Bachelor fo Science in Accountancy at the Leyte Colleges, school year 1992-1997, and Masteral Units in Public Resource Management at Eastern Visayas State University, all in Tacloban City. I passed the Civil Service Examination with the rating of 81.62%, in the year 1998. I am presently connected with the Treasurers Department as a Deputized Revenue Collector at New Bus Terminal, Tacloban City.
