Dear B Shutlar My name is N Dabaca and Ill answer your questions below 1) I have moved in UK in 05/04/2009 and I have

lived here since. During this period I had financial assistance from my son in low and my daughter. 2) During this period I have travelled to Romania in this dates: 05/08/2009- 03/09/2009 01/08/2010- 03/09/2010 30/07/2011- 27/08/2011 All the trips were with my daughter car. 3) I have never worked in UK 4) I did not receive any benefits until now. 5) I have applied for HB and CT simultaneous with pension credit 6) I have not applied for permanent resident. 7) You will find attached copies of all documents required in your letter. 8) My son in low and my daughter moved to UK in January 2008. 9) Before my arrival in UK, I had sporadic work in Romania and also my wife state pension from Romania. 10) My son in law and my daughter had supported me financially since my arrival in UK. 11) See attached proof of self employment for my son in law. 12) My son in low and my daughter receive at this tine WTC and CTC. 13) I would like to gat the Pension Credit from the date Im qualified for, if possible. 14) The reason I havent applied earlier is the fact that I did not know my rights.
