Self-exploration is the process of dialogue between who a person currently is and who they want to become through self-investigation and self-evolution. It involves knowing oneself and one's relationship to all existence in order to be in harmony with oneself and the world. The purpose of self-exploration is to understand how to know what is right, whether one loves themselves, what their goals and life's purpose are, and who they truly are. It examines one's basic desires and aspirations and how to fulfill them. The process involves natural acceptance of things that don't change over time, place, or beliefs, as well as experiential validation.

Process of dialogue between what you are & what you really want to be. Process of self-evolution through self-investigation. Process of knowing oneself, & through that the entire existence. Process of recognizing ones relationship with every unit of existence. Process of knowing human conduct, human character & living accordingly. Process of being in harmony in oneself & in harmony with entire existence. Process of identifying our Innateness & moving towards Self-organization & Self-expression.
