Electrode Ovens

WELTRON industrial electrode ovens are designed for a variety of usages. They can be used in small and medium size weld shops to dry and store electrodes. WELTRON electrode ovens can also accommodate long neck electrodes up to 700-mm length with storage capacities from 50~600Kg. They can also be used in high volume electrode baking at a maximum temperature of up to 430 degrees Celsius. The electrodes are kept dry (free from moisture) at all times when kept in the ovens, this prevents impurities exiting from the weld bead.

Safe yellow color. Well-laid out heating filament for even heat distribution. Incorporates a highly efficient heater equipped with a thermostat to adjust the required temperature. The ovens are made of high-grade heat insulating materials that can maintain a high constant temperature at all time. Built in temperature gauge. Third-party calibration at extra cost.
