Our goal is to develop a vocabulary describing potatoes The purpose for organizing this information is help all those who interact with potatoes to better classify and categorize this starchy tuberous crop Our classification is similar to the bibliographic framework like MARC
Scope
The Potato Vocabulary is a way of explaining the different varieties of potatoes as well as how they are consumed, cultivated, and generally used. It describes physical characteristics, origin, nutrients, uses, limitations, and other attributes that make the potato.
