USB Superposition

The USB has three states based on the common experience of needing to rotate it multiple times to fit into the port correctly. Until observed by attempting to insert it, the USB remains in a superposition of states and will not fit into the port except through rare cases of quantum tunneling. Observation causes the USB to collapse into a definite state where it will properly align to insert into the port.

From the well-known fact that you have to spin the USB three times to get it to insert into

a port, the USB must have three states.

Until the USB is observed, it will stay in the superposition. Therefore, it will not fit until observed, except for cases of USB tunneling.
