This is to inform you that Flat No. T-1 on 3rd floor in Block No. III (Block No ___, phase no.
II) having an area of 75 sq.mtrs of Zuari Complex Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.,
Baina, Vasco Da Gama, has been allotted to Shri Vittal O. Shetty and he was a member of
our Society, holding Share Certificate No. 26 (Twenty six) dtd. 15.07.1997. The said flat is
now transferred to Miss Bharati Vittal Shetty and Mr. Krishna Vittal Shetty (Joint) and is
now members of our society as mentioned in Share certificate no.26 overleaf as on
24.12.2005.

Zuari Complex Co-operative Housing Society Ltd, has been registered under Registration
No HSG-(b)-187/South Goa-97 dated 18.03.1997 and the land and property has been
conveyed and transferred in the name of Society. The Deed of Sale is duly registered with
Sub-registrar, Mormugao Taluka, Vasco da gama under Registration No. 478 and 479 dated
21.07.1998.

The letter is issued on the request of above applicant vide application dtd. 31.08.2009, in
order to produce the same to Mr. Umesh Balkrishna Yadav, the transferee for loan purpose.
