CBT # 192 MLC 2006 - Onboard Responsibilities

Introduction
This CBT module is intended to provide details of the requirements for the ships Senior Officers to achieve, manage and maintain compliance with MLC 2006 onboard ship. It details the areas of responsibility under MLC 2006 for the ships Senior Officers in relation to onboard compliance and also covers certification and noncompliance issues. It is intended that this CBT module will be part of a package of modules and management tools, which together, will allow Shipping Companies, Ship Managers, Ship Operators and Senior Officers onboard ship to effectively achieve, manage and maintain compliance with the Convention.
