Based on a settlement agreement entered into by the parties in this matter and the foregoing Stipulation for Dismissal with Prejudice, IT IS ORDERED THAT 1. 2. The plaintiff shall recover from the defendant the sum of $2,960. The debt represented by this judgment is excepted from the defendants discharge. 3. That this matter is dismissed with prejudice, on the merits, as to each and every party above-named, and without further costs to any party. LET JUDGMENT BE ENTERED ACCORDINGLY.
