The Barangay 3 Day Care Center in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon province will be taking an educational field trip to Cagayan De Oro City in October. The trip will expose the 40 day care students to learning outside the classroom. Due to budget constraints, the barangay officials are requesting 10 liters of fuel from City Councilor Dinlayan to help shoulder the fuel expenses for the travel. They hope the councilor will consider their request to ensure the success of the educational activity.
