With whom will you communicate? I will communicate regarding the matter with the current Associate Marketing Director, Mr Hausman and including the following: 1. Director of North American office. 2. Mark Compton. When will you communicate? I will communicate regarding the raised concern after the participation in the regional trade show. Primary objective at the current situation is to give the best for the trade show keeping last year performance as the benchmark. For what purpose? The purpose of the communication will be the following: 1. To clear out the misunderstanding about the level of sufficient material requirement. 2. To highlight my effort and preparation done for the event 3. To consult Mark Compton regarding the issue as his name is also involved stating that his work was not satisfactory. What Medium should you use? I will use the e-mail medium to carry forward the further conversation as it become easy to involve all working at different geographic location and to keep the conversation in written form. I will also call Mr Mark Compton to inform regarding the same and to notify about the mail. What should be the content of your message? From : [email protected]; To : [email protected]; [email protected]; Cc : [email protected]; Subject - RE: Important, Read Immediately! Mr Hausman, I had attended the trade show and it was a success. I need to confirm regarding the few queries. As discussed in my earlier mail, I had prepared well for the show at my level. Since, we did not have any discussion regarding the increase in the target potential customer prior to the trade show, I had prepared as per the last few shows. I carried equal amount of material that I and Mark used to carry for the other shows. Please let me know if I had missed any information regarding the trade show planning and customer target prior to it. Mr Compton, We need your help in the issue.
