New SOD Report Format

Tata 45 active observed down / Airtel link flapped during 02:15 am - 04:30 am

Verified multicast stream for both MCX & MCX-SX as recommended.
No alarm observed.
Copy paste last 5 minutes output from router on daily basis.
No alarms related to power observed in dash board or in router logs
No alarms related to controller observed in dash board or in logs
Cleared counters on all interface at ( 07:35 am ) .
