Student Leader Application Form
We are recruiting for responsible senior students to act as Student Leaders for the Fraser Heights LEAD Program. This
position is perfect for any students interested in leadership opportunities or looking to enter careers related to education or
child and youth care. Student Leaders will have a choice of receiving full course credits for Peer Tutoring or Leadership.
About the Lead Program
The LEAD Program allows grade 8 and 9 students to Learn, Experiment, Advance, and Demonstrate different approaches to
their learning beyond the regular school year. These students will develop a project that allows each participant successful
completion of the program and provides each student with a C+ (67%) credit for 2 core courses at their grade level (Math,
English, Science, Social Studies).

Program: LEAD Summer Learning Program
Times: 8:30am 12:30pm, Monday to Friday (subject to change)
Dates: July 2 to July 25,2014
