F0 Alm 920 922

The document discusses alarm codes 920 to 922 which indicate issues with the watch dog timer or RAM parity. The watch dog timer monitors CPU operation and resets after a constant time, but if an error prevents the reset, an alarm is triggered. Potential causes of these alarms include faulty servo modules, master or memory PCBs, or power supply issues. These components should be replaced to resolve the alarms.

The timer used to monitor the operation of CPU is called the watch dog timer. The CPU resets timer time every time a constant time has passed. When an error occurs in CPU or peripheral device, timer is not reset but the alarm is informed.

Causes and Remedies

D Axis P.C.B is faulty The servo module includes servo RAM, watch dog timer circuit, etc. Defectiveness of hardware, abnormality or malfunctioning of detection circuit or the like is considered. CPU or peripheral circuits may be faulty. Replace the master P.C.B. Software may not work properly due to failure of memory PCB. Change the memory PCB. DC output voltage of power supply unit may be faulty. Replace the power supply unit.
