I am Jerald Dave M. Camit, 17 years of age, incoming second year college of Mariano Marcos State University- College of Teacher Education (MMSU-CTE) major in Music, Arts, Physical Education and Health (MAPEH), residing at Brgy. 54-A LaguiSail, Laoag City. I am writing to apply for a SPES in your office with my aspiration to continue and finish my studies in the future. It would be a great help to become a beneficiary in your SPES. Especially so that my mother is the only bread winner in the family and cant sustain all my needs in school. I would like to help her and myself in financing some of my needs in school. I believe that in your SPES is the answer in reaching the goals of students like me.
