Rush order (SO): the customer picks up the goods or you deliver the goods on the same

day as the order is placed. In the standard system, when you save this sales document type,
a delivery is automatically created and billing is related to the delivery.
Delivery type is: LF
Cash sales: is an order type for when the customer orders, picks up and pays for the goods
immediately. The delivery is processed as soon as the order has been entered. A cash
invoice can be printed immediately from the order and billing is related to the order.
Order type: BV
Delivery type: BV
Billing type: BV
Item Categories
Item category
AFN Standard item (pricing not relevant to delivery)
AFNN Free of charge item (no pricing not relevant to delivery)
TAN standard item (pricing relevant to delivery)
TANN free of charge item (no pricing relevant to delivery)
An item category group is defined in the material master record.
The schedule line category depends on the item category of the corresponding item and the
material requirements planning type (MRP) of the material. The MRP type of a material is
specified in the material master record.
