CHECK LIST FOR SWEDISH VISA

2 Sets of Photocopies of the following documents are required


Originals except bank documents will be returned immediately

1. Notification of Admission Results
2. Scholarship admission letter
3. Proof of Accommodation
4. Passport
5. Matriculation or Secondary School leaving certificate
6. Higher Secondary Course Certificate
7. Bachelors convocation (or) provisional
8. Course completion certificate
9. Bachelors Consolidated marks memo
10. Residence permit application form (can be downloaded at

11. Visa application fee of 1000 SEK (Approx Rs.8,000/-) and Courier Charges Rs. 330/- and this
should be paid as two separate demand drafts in the name of Consulate of Sweden, payable
at Chennai
12. 3 Photographs (It should be 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm; should have a white background)
13. Bank Covering letter
14. Statement of Account for the past six months or from the date the account was opened
15. IELTS or TOEFL (If applicable)
16. Health insurance for one year master degree students
17. Fees Invoice (1
