The organisation shall establish, implement and maintain
process(es) and/or procedure(s) for identifying and
accessing the legal, regulatory, statutory and other
applicable asset management requirements.
The organisation shall ensure that the applicable legal and
other external obligations or requirements are identified and
incorporated into the corresponding elements of its asset
management system.
The organisation shall keep this information up to date. The
organisation shall communicate information on legal and
other requirements to all relevant stakeholders
