SHORE RECEPTION FACILITIES OR COLLECTED STB'D SLOP
TANK.
ALL WASHING MUST BE DISCHARGED TO RECEPTION FACILITIES
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FROM THE UNLOADING PORT.
