Instructions to return the product to ShopClues

1. Packaging
1. Wrap the product in its original packaging
2. Keep all the supplied accessories also in the box
3. Keep the original Invoice sent with the product inside the box
2. Address
1. Print the return shipping label.
2. If you dont have a printer, use a blank white paper and neatly write the addresses by
hand. Fill your address, ShopClues Order ID and Return ID as given on the Return
Shipping Label, on it.
3. Paste the shipping label on the box
3. Shipment
1. Hand over the Package to the courier company OR as instructed by the ShopClues
support
For the best packaging
1. Pack all the content in a box. If the original packaging is damaged, use a new box to
pack the product
2. Use fillers to ensure that product reaches us undamaged during transit
3. Fix the Shipping Label on the package using glue or transparent packing tape. Make
sure that you tape over the address portion to avoid smudging of ink.
