The document discusses the relationship between the 12 astrological signs (rashis) and the 12 major Jyotirlinga shrines of Shiva in India. It states that if a person's birth chart has planets in debilitation or maran karak sthan, they should worship the Jyotirlinga associated with the exalted sign of that planet to reduce negative effects. Additionally, one should worship the Jyotirlinga associated with the sign where the Bhratri Karak planet, which has the third highest latitude, is placed in their Navamsa chart. It then lists each of the 12 astrological signs and the corresponding Jyotirlinga shrine.
