Additionally, the principal requests that the existing stage, which was newly renovated in March 2014, be preserved and that the construction project only connect to the existing structure to avoid demolishing parts of it.

I have the honor to inform your good office for the implementation of
the Construction of Multi-Purpose Assembly Hall (AB2011 LDS-LSA for other
Bgy Projects 9999-300-290-001-021-2011) this coming August 2014.
Furthermore, We would like to request the following.
a.) That the affected existing stage will be preserved for it is newly
renovated last March 2014.
b.) That the project will be connected only to the existing structure to
avoid demolation of the later.
I hope that these request be given consideration.
