Please try the following suggestions in turns to resolve this issue:
1. Try re-installing the RAM module.

2. Try installing the RAM module onto other DIMM slots.

3. Clean the golden finger on the RAM module with white eraser, and
clean the memory slot with soft brash, then install the memory back
onto the slot.
4. Please replace your memory module

VGA card test OK

No actions required.
Please try the following suggestions in turns to resolve this issue:
1. Try re-installing the VGA card.

One long

Cannot detect any VGA card or VGA

2. Try installing the VGA card onto other DIMM slots.

back onto the slot.
