The Sangguniang Bayan of Guinobatan, Albay held its 30th regular session on August 1, 2011. During the session, the council approved a budget re-alignment ordinance transferring PHP 200,000 from the Office of the Mayor's Economic Assistance to Liga-Lakbay Aral program to the Office of the Mayor's Youth Welfare and Sports Development program to augment funds for sports activities for the upcoming town fiesta. The ordinance was unanimously approved on a motion by Councilor Robert Bañaga and certified by Councilor Bañaga and Vice Mayor Wilfredo Arevalo as presiding officer.

APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 07-2011


BUDGET RE-ALIGNMENT NO. 04
APPROVING THE RE-ALIGNMENT OF FUNDS FROM AND TO THE
APPROPRIATION ITEMS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR IN
THE AMOUNT OF TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP
200,000.00).
Proponent/Sponsor:
WHEREAS,

Councilor Robert M. Baaga

appropriations for the Office of the Mayor need to


be replenished in order to augment the funds for their Sports
Program especially this forthcoming Town Fiesta 2011;

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premise, be it now:


RESOLVED,

as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan of


Guinobatan, Albay in session assembled, to approve as it hereby
approves the hereunder realignment of funds from and to the
appropriation items of the Office of the Mayor, to wit:

and duly seconded by the members present this 1 st day of
August, 2011 during their 30th Regular Session.
