Visual Inspection Sheet

A visual inspection was performed of a gas metering panel and flow computer for a project of PT Global Trans Gasindo. The inspection covered 17 points for each device, including wiring, dimensions, protections, functionality of components, and data recording. All points for both the metering panel and flow computer were found to be acceptable and the test was accepted by the customer.
