Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream

Combine the following ingredients in a large metal or plastic bowl:


2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons of vanilla

Whisk until the sugar has dissolved.

Whisk until the mixture is homogeneous.

Put on your goggles. One member of the group will hold the bowl and use the mixer to
continuously stir. That person will have to wear heavy gloves. The second group member
will carefully pour the liquid nitrogen directly into the bowl. The key to good ice cream is
to pour only small amounts of liquid nitrogen at a time.

Continue beating and adding liquid nitrogen until the ice cream has a desirable
consistency. Remember dont let it clump by adding too much liquid nitrogen!
