To Whom It May Concern:


It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Jill Clark for several
reasons.
First of all, Jill is a person of admirable character. She is honest, loving, caring, and
trustworthy. Jill is one of the kindest people I have ever known, but she can be firm
and assertive at the same time if the need arises. Jills faith in God and love for her
family and friends are evident in her life.
Secondly, Jill is a person who sets goals and achieves them. She embarked on a
running program with the ultimate goal of running a marathon. Jill faithfully ran the
number of miles she was supposed to run each day as indicated on her chart.
Finally, she ran the White River Marathon and finished second in her category in
2014. Also, Jill heard about a little girl who needed financial help because of her
cancer treatments. Jill immediately started to work to organize the Run Down
Cancer 5K Run and Walk to benefit the child. It was a lot of work for Jill who is a
busy mother of two children of her own, but the benefit was a great success. In
addition, Jill has had an academic goal of making the Deans List this year. She
achieved her goal first semester, and she presently has all As in her classes this
semester.
Finally, Jill is a person who accepts responsibility. She takes her work very
seriously. Jill was a student in my English II class, and she served as my aide for part
of her senior year in high school. Jill was a model student in both individual and
group work. As my aide, Jill tutored students who were struggling to keep up with
the class. She taught them with compassion, and they loved having her to help them.
Because of Jills admirable character, her determination to achieve goals, and her
deep sense of responsibility, she is going to be an outstanding teacher.
